プライバシーポリシー

Liber株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するAIを活用した映像制作および空間演出サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）に関し、お客様から取得する個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

第1条（個人情報の取得）

当社は、お客様からの本サービスに関するお問い合わせの際に、適正かつ公正な手段により、必要な範囲で個人情報を取得します。当社がお客様から取得する個人情報の項目は以下のとおりです。

  1. 氏名
  2. 会社名、部署
  3. 電話番号、メールアドレスその他の連絡先情報
  4. お問い合わせ内容
  5. その他、お客様が任意にご提供いただいた情報

第2条（個人情報の利用目的）

当社は、お客様から取得した個人情報を、以下の目的で利用いたします。

  1. お客様からのお問い合わせへの対応、およびその他のご連絡のため
  2. お客様に対して、本サービスを提供するため
  3. 本サービスを改善・向上するため
  4. その他、前各号に付随する業務のため

第3条（個人情報の第三者提供）

当社は、以下の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

  1. 法令に基づく場合
  2. お客様の同意がある場合
  3. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であり、お客様の同意を得ることが困難である場合
  4. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であり、お客様の同意を得ることが困難である場合
  5. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であり、お客様の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

第4条（個人情報の管理）

当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失、毀損を防止するために、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

第5条（個人情報の開示、訂正、削除等）

当社は、お客様から、法令に基づき、当社が保有する個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等（以下「開示等」といいます）を求められたときには、速やかに対応いたします。開示等の請求を希望されるお客様は、第7条（お問い合わせ窓口）に記載の窓口までご連絡ください。

第6条（本ポリシーの変更）

当社は、本ポリシーを随時変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、当社のウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (Act No. 57 of 2003, as amended; the “APPI”). This English version is a translation provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Liber Inc. (the “Company”) has established this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) as set out below, concerning the handling of personal information obtained from customers in connection with the AI-powered video production and spatial design services provided by the Company (the “Services”).

Article 1 (Collection of Personal Information)

When you contact us regarding the Services, the Company collects personal information by lawful and fair means, to the extent necessary. The personal information the Company collects from you consists of the following:

  1. Name
  2. Company name and department
  3. Telephone number, email address, and other contact information
  4. Details of your inquiry
  5. Any other information you voluntarily provide

Article 2 (Purposes of Use)

The Company uses the personal information collected from you for the following purposes:

  1. To respond to your inquiries and to otherwise communicate with you
  2. To provide the Services to you
  3. To improve and enhance the Services
  4. For any other operations incidental to the purposes above

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to any third party except in the following cases:

  1. Where required by laws and regulations
  2. Where you have given your consent
  3. Where it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain your consent

The Company takes appropriate security control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

When you request, in accordance with laws and regulations, the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use, etc. (collectively, “Disclosure, etc.”) of personal information held by the Company, the Company will respond promptly. The Company may amend this Policy from time to time. The amended Policy takes effect when it is posted on the Company’s website.
